摘 要:为提高深井软岩巷道围岩掘进过程中的稳定性和安全性,采用定向钻进L型钻孔地面预注浆加固技术对城郊煤矿二水平南翼回风大巷进行了超前探查和注浆治理。工程通过施工地面定向钻孔,有效探查了治理区内地层、构造特征,同时在水平孔段注浆总量为1373.78 t,单位注浆量为1.99 t/m,注浆孔口压力达到15.0~15.8 MPa,地层单位吸水率下降86.5%,注浆治理效果显著。通过工程实例,为利用地面钻孔超前探查治理矿井巷道提供了新思路。In order to improve the stability and safety of surrounding rock excavation in deep soft rock roadway,the directional drilling L-shaped borehole ground pre-grouting reinforcement technology was used to carry out advanced exploration and grouting treatment of the second level south wing return airway in suburban coal mine.Through the directional drilling on the construction ground,the project effectively explored the strata and structural characteristics of the treatment area.At the same time,the total grouting amount in the horizontal section is 1373.78 t,the unit grouting amount is 1.99 t/m,the grouting orifice pressure reaches 15.0~15.8 MPa,and the unit water absorption of the stratum decreases by 86.5%.The grouting treatment effect is remarkable.Through engineering examples,it provides a new idea for the use of ground drilling for advanced exploration and management of underground roadways in mines.
