原煤样和阻化煤样的热重试验研究

摘　　要：为了有效地防治煤体自燃灾害,利用综合热分析开展了原煤样和阻化煤样的热重试验研究。研究表明:阻化煤样的失水结束点温度、燃尽温度均滞后于原煤样,阻化煤样的最大失重速率低于原煤样的最大失重速率;原煤样活化能随着反应程度的增加逐渐增大,阻化煤样的活化能随着反应程度的增加先增加后减小;失水失重阶段、氧化增重阶段及燃烧失重阶段,阻化煤的反应活化能均大于原煤样,这说明复合有机阻化剂10%的FR-PN+0.10%的十二烷基硫酸钠对抑制煤炭自燃具有很好的效果。研究成果为抑制煤炭自燃以及阻化剂机理分析提供了重要依据。In order to effectively prevent disaster caused by spontaneous combustion of coal,the ther⁃mogravimetric experiments research on raw coal samples and inhibitor coal samples were studied by com⁃prehensive thermal analysis.The research indicated that the temperature values of water loss end point and burnout of inhibitor coal samples both lag behind those of raw coal samples,and the maximum mass loss rate of inhibitor coal samples is lower than that of raw coal samples.The activation energy of raw coal sam⁃ples increases with the increase of reaction degree,while that of inhibited coal samples increases first and then decreases with the increase of reaction degree.In the mass-loss and water-loss stage,mass gain stage of oxidation and mass loss stage of combustion,the reaction activation energy values of inhibitor coal are greater than those of raw coal amples,which indicates that the compound organic inhibitor 10%FR-PN+0.10%sodium dodecyl sulfate has a good effect on inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion.The research re⁃sults provide an important basis for inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion and inhibitor mechanism analy⁃sis.
