摘 要:姑山矿露天坑在回填复垦前需进行加固与防渗处理,为了确定加固与防渗处理的全尾砂浆适宜浓度及灰砂比,进行了试验研究。结果表明:①全尾砂胶结充填料浆在灰砂比一定时,料浆坍落度随尾矿质量浓度增大而减小;尾矿浆质量浓度一定时,料浆坍落度随灰砂比的增大而增大。②一定养护龄期及灰砂比的试块抗压强度随着尾矿浓度的增大而增大;一定尾矿浓度及养护龄期的试块抗压强度随着灰砂比的增大而增大;一定尾矿浓度及灰砂比的试块抗压强度随着养护龄期的增长明显增大,养护龄期28 d的试块抗压强度差不多是养护龄期3 d的2倍。③综合考虑生产过程中料浆的流动性、充填体的性能指标及充填成本,建议实际充填时控制尾矿浓度为52%~54%,灰砂比为1∶6。The open pit in Gushan mine should be treated for reinforcement and anti-seepage before backfilling and reclamation,experiment study was conducted so as to determine the proper full tainlings concentration and cement-sand ratio in reinforcement and anti-seepage.The results showed that:①when the cement-sand ratio of full tailings backfillings slurry is constant,the slurry slump decreases with the in⁃crease of tailings mass concentration.When tailings slurry mass concentration is constant,the slurry slump increases with the increase of cement-sand ratio.②The compressive strength of the samples increases with the increase of tailing concentration when the curing ages and cement-sand ratio are constant.The compres⁃sive strength of the samples increases with the increase of cement-sand ratio when the tailing concentration and the curing ages are constant.The compressive strength of the samples increases significantly with the increase of the curing ages when the tailing concentration and cement-sand ratio are constant,and the com⁃pressive strength of the samples with 28 d curing ages is two times of the samples with 3 d curing ages.③Considering the slurry fluidity,performance indexes of filling object and filling cost in the production pro⁃cess comprehensively,it is suggested that the tailings concentration should be controlled from 52%to 54%and the cement-sand ratio of 1∶6 in the actual fillings.
