摘　　要：在护理工作中应用的模式很多,但模式的选用一直存在较大争议,其中5S管理模式是通过整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养五个阶段来达到理想效果的企业管理方法。自5S管理模式引入至临床以来,该模式就成为促进医疗管理持续改进的有效方法,本文主要对5S管理模式在护理工作中的应用现状进行综述,有助于进一步拓展其在护理工作中的应用范围,对促进护理工作的发展具有积极意义。There are many models applied in nursing work,but the choice of the models has been controversial,of which 5S management model is the most basic and effective field management methods in the enterprise,which is through the finishing,rectification,cleaning,cleaning,literacy five stages to achieve the ideal management effect.Since introduced into the clinic,it has become an effective method to promote the continuous improvement of medical management,and has performed well in the application of nursing work in many aspects.This paper mainly reviews the current application of 5S management method in nursing work,which will help to further expand its scope in nursing work and is of significance to the development of nursing work.
