摘 要:为探明不同施肥方式对杉木幼苗生长及生物量的影响,以半年生杉木实生苗为试验材料,共设置了对照CK(0 mg/株)、常规施肥CF_(1)(20 mg/株)、CF_(2)(40 mg/株)、CF_(3)(60 mg/株),指数施肥EF_(1)(20 mg/株)、EF_(2)(40 mg/株)、EF_(3)(60 mg/株)7个处理,比较杉木幼苗的生长和生物量差异。结果表明,与对照相比,施肥对杉木幼苗苗高、地径生长都有促进作用。相同施氮量条件下,各处理间存在极显著差异。指数施肥中,EF_(3)幼苗苗高最高,比CK高48.6%;地径最粗,比CK粗4.8%。与对照相比,施肥能有效地增加杉木幼苗地上部分生物量、地下部分生物量及总生物量,且各处理间存在极显著差异。相同施氮量下,指数施肥更优于常规施肥。EF_(3)处理下的幼苗生物量最大,说明其更有利于杉木幼苗的生长。In order to explore the effects of different fertilization methods on the growth and biomass of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings,the fertilization experiment was conducted with control(0 mg/plant),conventional fertilization with three nitrogen dose levels(20,40,and 60 mg/plant),and three nitrogen dose levels(20,40,and 60 mg/plant)of exponential fertilization by using half-year-old seedlings of C.lanceolata to investigate the responses of growth and biomass of seedlings under various fertilization treatments.The results showed that fertilization promoted the height and ground diameter of C.lanceolata seedlings compared with the control.Under the same nitrogen level,there were significant differences among various fertilization treatments.In the exponential fertilization,EF_(3) had the highest seedling height,48.6%higher than CK,and the thickest ground diameter,4.8%thicker than CK.Fertilization effectively promoted the aboveground biomass,underground biomass and total biomass of C.lanceolata seedlings compared with the control,and there were extremely significant differences among the treatments.Under the same nitrogen level,the exponential fertilization was better than the conventional fertilization.The seedling biomass of EF_(3) was the highest,which was more suitable for the growth of half-year-old seedlings of C.lanceolata.
