摘 要:目的:探讨基层医院护理人员的护理风险管理意识,针对存在的问题提出应对措施。方法:随机选取H医院的32名护理人员作为调查对象,通过发放问卷调查表来考察她们的护理风险管理意识,并运用描述统计法对数据的分布状态、数字特征和随机变量之间关系进行估计和描述。结果:低职称、低工龄的护理人员护理风险管理意识总体较弱;高职称高工龄的护理人员护理风险管理意识总体较强。结论:有意识的加以预防,进而使护理人员护理风险管理意识得以有效推广。Objective:To explore the nursing risk management consciousness of nursing staff in primary hospitals,and put forward countermeasures for the existing problems.Methods:32 nursing staff in H Hospital were randomly selected as the survey objects,and their awareness of nursing risk management was investigated by issuing questionnaires,and the relationship between data distribution,digital characteristics and random variables was estimated and described by descriptive statistics.Results:The nursing risk management consciousness of the nurses with low professional title and length of service was generally weak.Nursing staff with high professional title and long service experience have strong awareness of nursing risk management.Conclusion:The nursing risk management consciousness can be effectively promoted by the conscious prevention.
