分娩活跃期产妇应用分娩球助产的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析分娩球在产妇分娩活跃期助产的临床效果。方法:本次研究临床观察对象选择130例产妇,应用奇偶数分为参照组和研究组,每组各65例。参照组在产妇分娩活跃期予以常规护理,研究组产妇在分娩活跃期应用分娩球助产。观察两组产妇的分娩方式、产程时间、分娩疼痛分级、产妇对医护人员的工作满意度。结果:研究组产妇产程时间均明显短于参照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇自然分娩率、对医护人员的工作满意度均显著高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇疼痛程度明显轻于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:在产妇分娩活跃期助产过程中应用分娩球,可以有效改善产妇分娩方式,缩短产程,减轻产妇痛苦程度,还能进一步提高产妇满意度,应用价值较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of delivery ball in assisting delivery during active delivery of parturients.Methods:In this study,130 parturients were selected as clinical observation subjects,and they were divided into reference group and study group by odd and even numbers,with 65 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine care during the active period of delivery,and the mothers in the study group used delivery ball to assist delivery during the active period of delivery.Observe the delivery methods,labor time,labor pain classification of the two groups of women,and the women’s job satisfaction with the medical staff.Results:The time of parturient in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the maternal natural delivery rate and job satisfaction with medical staff in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the degree of pain in the study group was significantly higher It was significantly lighter than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the delivery ball in the process of assisting the delivery of the mother during the active delivery period can effectively improve the delivery method of the mother,shorten the delivery process,reduce the pain of the mother,and further improve the satisfaction of the mother.It has high application value.
