腋臭患者行小切口翻转修剪法联合搔刮法治疗对其腋窝部毛发生长情况、治疗效果及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究腋臭患者行小切口翻转修剪法联合搔刮法治疗对其腋窝部毛发生长情况、治疗效果及并发症的临床影响。方法:在2017年3月至2020年2月间抽选我院收治的72例腋臭患者作为研究对象,均给予小切口翻转修剪法联合搔刮法治疗。对比患者治疗前、治疗后的自述多汗症疾病严重程度量表(HDSS)评分、腋窝部毛发生长评分,并统计患者的伤口愈合时间、治愈率、复发率、并发症发生率(切口感染、皮下血肿、皮肤坏死、瘢痕)。结果:72例患者治疗后的HDSS评分、腋窝部毛发生长评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。患者的伤口愈合时间为(1.52±0.34)d、治愈率为97.22%(70/72)、复发率为6.94%(5/72)、并发症发生率为4.17%(3/72),均属于较好指标。结论:为腋臭患者进行小切口翻转修剪法与搔刮法联合治疗,可减少腋窝部位汗液的分泌和毛发的生长,消除异味,治愈效果理想,治疗并发症少,复发率低,安全性佳。Objective:To study the clinical effect of the treatment of Bromhidrosis patients with small incision turnover pruning combined with scratching on the growth of axillary hair,treatment effect and complications.Methods:From March 2017 to February 2020,72 patients with axillary osmidrosis in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and all patients were treated with small incision reverse pruning combined with scratching method.The self-reported hyperhidrosis severity scale(HDSS)score and axillary hair growth score were compared before and after treatment,and the wound healing time,cure rate,recurrence rate and complication rate(incision infection,subcutaneous hematoma,skin necrosis and scar)were counted.Results:The HDSS score and axillary hair growth score of 72 patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The wound healing time was(1.52±0.34)d,the cure rate was 97.22%(70/72),the recurrence rate was 6.94%(5/72),and the complication rate was 4.17%(3/72).Conclusion:For patients with bromhidrosis,the combined treatment of small incision overturning pruning and scratching can reduce the sweat secretion and hair growth of axillary parts,eliminate peculiar smell,with ideal curative effect,less complications,low recurrence rate and good safety.
