电动康复机、功能锻炼联合应用于重症肺炎机械通气患者康复中的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对于重症肺炎机械通气患者通过联合应用电动康复机与功能锻炼的康复治疗效果。方法:抽取2018年11月至2020年11月本院30例重症肺炎机械通气患者,依据康复治疗方案分组,对照组患者进行康复功能锻炼,同期观察组则联合应用电动康复机、功能锻炼进行治疗,结果:观察组患者的机械通气、ICU住院时间均短于对照组,且P<0.05;两组患者治疗前APACHEⅡ评分、PaO2/FiO2比较中P>0.05;治疗后观察组的APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组,PaO2/FiO2高于对照组,且P<0.05;观察组患者的并发症率为13.33%,对照组为46.67%,且P<0.05。结论:重症肺炎机械通气患者通过联合应用电动康复机与功能锻炼可显著提升康复效果并降低并发症率。Objective:To investigate the effect of combined use of electric rehabilitation machine and functional exercise in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:From November 2018~November 2020,30 patients with severe pneumonia were treated by mechanical ventilation,Results:the mechanical ventilation and ICU hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the P<was 0.05;the APACHEⅡscore and PaO2/FiO2 in the 2 groups before treatment P>0.05;after treatment,the APACHEⅡscore in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the P<was 0.05.Conclusion:Combined use of electric rehabilitation machine and functional exercise can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect and reduce the complication rate in patients with severe pneumonia.
