妊娠期糖尿病分别采用胰岛素泵皮下注射和多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:给予妊娠期糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵皮下注射或多次胰岛素皮下注射的方式进行治疗,观察和对比其临床效果。方法:于我院2019年9月至2020年9月期间收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者中,选择100例患者作为研究对象,采用抽签的方式划分成为实验组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组患者实施多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗,实验组患者实施胰岛素泵皮下注射治疗。结果:实验组患者的胰岛素用量、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HbAlc分别为(31.03±7.62)U、(5.14±1.05)mmol/L、(6.36±0.83)mmol/L、(5.82±0.53)%,并发症发生人数为14(28.00%)例,均少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病分别采用胰岛素泵皮下注射和多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗的临床效果均良好,但应用胰岛素泵皮下注射效果更佳。Objective:To treat patients with gestational diabetes by subcutaneous injection of insulin pump or multiple subcutaneous injections of insulin to observe and compare its clinical effects.Methods:Among the patients with gestational diabetes admitted in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020,100 patients were selected as the research objects,and divided into the experimental group and the control group by a lottery method,each with 50 cases,and given to the control group The patients received multiple subcutaneous insulin injections,and the experimental group was given insulin pump subcutaneous injections.Results:The insulin dosage,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HbAlc of the experimental group were(31.03±7.62)U,(5.14±1.05)mmol/L,(6.36±0.83)mmol/L,(5.82±0.53),respectively%,the number of complications occurred in 14(28.00%)cases,which were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of gestational diabetes treated with insulin pump subcutaneous injection and multiple insulin subcutaneous injections were good,but The effect of subcutaneous injection with insulin pump is better.
