摘　　要：目的:分析面神经炎患者静脉滴入七叶皂苷钠发生静脉炎的原因及预防措施,为临床工作积累经验。方法:回顾性分析本科2例面神经炎患者应用了七叶皂苷钠之后发生静脉炎的原因,并提出预防措施。结果:面神经炎患者静脉滴入七叶皂苷钠发生静脉炎的主要原因是:药物因素、患者因素、护士因素等。结论:面神经炎患者静脉滴入七叶皂苷钠时做好预防措施,可预防静脉炎的发生,还可保护患者的血管,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者满意度,减少护患纠纷。Objective:To analyze the cause and preventive measures of phlebitis developed by intravenous infusion of aescin sodium in patients with facial neuritis,and to accumulate experience for clinical work.Methods:The causes of phlebitis after the application of aescin sodium in 2 patients with facial neuritis between August 2019 and September 2019 were retrospectively reviewed,and preventive measures were proposed.Results:The main reasons for the development of phlebitis by intravenous instillation of aescin sodium in patients with facial neuritis are:drug factors,patient factors,nurse factors,etc.Conclusions:When patients with facial neuritis are intravenously instilled with aescin sodium,we do good preventive measures,which can prevent the occurrence of phlebitis,but also can protect the blood vessels of patients,reduce patient suffering,improve patient satisfaction,and reduce nurse patient disputes.
