摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病临床常见致盲性眼病,经常并发微血管大血管疾病,增加玻璃体切割手术治疗风险,以往采用咪达唑仑联合地佐辛麻醉经常出现镇静不足及镇静过度情况增肌手术患者并发症风险,引发术者精神紧张等不良情绪。研究采用右美托咪定联合地佐辛静脉复合麻醉减少手术并发症提高患者和术者满意度。Diabetic retinopathy(Dr)is a common blind eye disease,which is often associated with microvascular macrovascular disease and increases the risk of vitrectomy,in the past,patients undergoing Midazolam combined with Zosin anesthesia were often under sedation or over sedation,which increased the risk of complications and caused anxiety.In this study,dexmedetomidine combined with dizocine intravenous anesthesia was used to reduce surgical complications and improve patients’and patients’satisfaction.
