曼月乐联合膈下逐淤汤对子宫腺肌症所致痛经及月经过多的临床疗效与安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:观察曼月乐联合膈下逐淤汤治疗血瘀型子官腺肌症患者的临床疗效及安全性,为中西医联合治疗提供证据支持。方法:选取子宫腺肌症患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组予曼月乐,观察组加用膈下逐淤汤治疗,对比治疗总有效率、痛经评分、月经量及3月后复发率。结果:最终纳入观察组58例,对照组53例,观察组在有效率、月经量、痛经评分和复发率方面均优于对照组。结论:曼月乐联合膈下逐瘀汤治疗子宫腺肌症患者疗效更佳,复发率更低,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Manyue combined with Xiazhuyu decoction in the treatment of blood stasis adenomyosis,and to provide evidence for the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:120 patients with adenomyosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with Manyue and the observation group was treated with Xizhizhuyu decoction.The total effective rate,dysmenorrhea score,menstrual volume,and recurrence rate after 3 months were compared.Results:58 cases were included in the observation group and 53 cases in the control group.The effective rate,menstrual volume,dysmenorrhea score,and recurrence rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:Manyuele combined with Xiazhizhuyu decoction is more effective in the treatment of adenomyosis with a lower recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
