摘 要:温度是判断电缆运行状态的重要物理量之一,但通常只能监测到电缆外护套温度,而无法直接获取缆芯温度。因此搭建隧道敷设110 kV电缆的温度场模型,融合电缆外护套实时监测的温度数据,通过优化、修正电缆的材料参数,使模型更加符合电缆的真实运行状态,得到电缆的温度分布情况。进一步分析介质损耗因数、介电常数以及XLPE的导热系数对电缆温度预测物理模型的影响规律。模拟电缆发生低阻接地故障时的温度分布情况,发现故障相缆芯温度与其外护套温度相差47T,在该故障电流下,缆芯温度最高可达250T,同一回路非故障相缆芯温度也升至120T以上,处于严重过载状态。基于数据驱动的高压电缆模型可有效计算缆芯温度,有助于掌握电缆运行的核心数据和工作状态,为电缆数字孪生模型的最终构建奠定基础。Temperature is one of the important physical quantities to determine the operating status of the cable,but usually only the temperature of the outer sheath can be monitored,while the temperature of the cable core cannot be directly obtained.In this study,a temperature field model of tunnel laying 110 kV cable is built,incorporating the real-time monitoring temperature of the cable outer sheath.The cable temperature distribution is thus obtained by optimizing and correcting the physical quantities such as material parameters of the cable to make the model more consistent with the real operation state.The influences of parameters such as dielectric loss factor,dielectric constant and thermal conductivity of XLPE on the physical model of cable temperature prediction are further discussed.The temperature distribution of low resistance grounding fault in cable is simulated.It was found that the difference between the fault phase cable core temperature and its outer sheath temperature was 47℃,and this cable core temperature can reach 250℃,and meanwhile,the temperature of the same circuit non-fault phase cable core also rose to more than 120℃,which was in severe overload state.The data-driven high voltage cable model in this paper can effectively calculate the cable core temperature,which helps to grasp the core data and working status of cable operation,so that it can lay the foundation for the final construction of the cable digital twin model.
