治未病思想在非酒精性脂肪性肝病防治中的应用

摘　　要：“治未病”是《黄帝内经》中提出的养生防病思想,是中医预防医学的精髓,体现了未病先防、欲病救萌、既病防变的医学防治境界。非酒精性脂肪性肝病不仅导致肝硬化和肝细胞癌,还与肥胖、2型糖尿病、动脉硬化性心血管疾病和血脂异常等一起作为代谢综合征的组分,互为因果,相互影响,给患者和社会带来了巨大的临床负担和经济负担,如何防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病是当今医学的一大重点,也是一大难点,对非酒精性脂肪肝病防治运用中医“治未病”理论显得尤为重要,通过法于阴阳、和于术数、调摄精神、食饮有节、体质辨识、辨证论治等路径治未病,以预防非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发生发展。Traditional Chinese medicine regards“preventive treatment of disease”as the highest goal of medicine.The thought of“prevention treatment of disease”is put forward in Huangdi Neijing,is the essence of preventive medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,it embodies Chinese medicine own prevention characteristics such as taking preventive measures before the disease happen,treatment the disease when it in the early stage and prevention disease deterioration.Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease not only leads to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma,but also,together with obesity,type 2 diabetes,arteriosclerosis cardiovascular disease and blood lipid abnormalities,as a part of metabolic syndrome,interact as both cause and effect,which brings great clinical and economic burden to patients and society.How to prevent and treat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a major focus of medicine and a major difficulty.It is particularly important to use the theory of‘preventive treatment of disease’for the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.This paper discusses the preventive treatment of disease by means of conserve health,constitution identification and syndrome differentiation to prevent the occurrence and development of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
