《肘后备急方》防治瘴气疫疠温毒诸方特色浅析

摘　　要：从内服组方特色、外用组方特色和单方及预防方特色等方面论述晋·葛洪《肘后备急方》“治瘴气疫疠温毒诸方”防治瘴气疫疠温毒特色思想及技术。发现《肘后备急方》内服诸方药物全“捣,筛”为散、丸用,不经高温煎煮,最大限度地保留了药物有效成分。瘴气、疫疠、温毒发生在冬春寒冷季节,寒者温之为治疗大法,方药组成以温里药、辛温解表药等为主;外用方作成香囊随身携带,也可以中庭燃烧消毒,对于研发香囊组方预防瘟疫有很好的借鉴作用。论文总结、梳理古代广泛应用瘟疫预防的方药和方法,对构建中医药疫病防治新体系具有重要意义,对当前瘟疫防治也有一定的指导意义。Thoughts and techniques for the prevention and treatment of miasma disease and heat toxins of“prescriptions for treating miasma disease and warm toxins”in Zhouhou Beiji Fang of Ge Hong in Jin Dynasty from the aspects of internal prescription,external prescription and unilateral and preventive prescriptions were discussed.It was found that all the medicines taken orally in Zhouhou Beiji Fang were“pounded and sieved”for powder and pills,without high temperature decoction,and the effective ingredients of the medicine were retained to the greatest extent.The miasma disease and warming poison occur in the cold season of winter and spring,The treatment of cold is warm.The composition of the prescription is mainly warming medicine and pungent warming medicine.the external prescription is made into a sachet to carry with you,and it can also be burned and disinfected in the atrium.It is a good reference for the development of sachet prescriptions to prevent plague.The theory is to summarize and sort out the ancient prescriptions and a method widely used in plague prevention,which is of great significance to promote the construction of a new system of epidemic prevention and control of traditional Chinese medicine,and also has certain guiding significance for the current plague prevention and control.
