国医大师张震疏调气机学术思想在肿瘤患者中运用举隅

摘　　要：国医大师张震教授,是我国中医证候学系统研究的先驱学者之一。张老结合自身60多年中医临床与科研经验,创立了云岭中医疏调学派。其创立的疏调气机学术思想不局限于传统的疏肝理气,而是以疏理肝气、调护脾肾为基础,同时兼顾其他有关证候统筹调制。即以肝为主体,脾肾为侧翼,兼及其他的治疗法则。疏调气机的核心或关键在于舒展肝气,恢复、调整、激活其正常的疏泄功能,以保持人体气机的调畅运行。作者有幸拜于张老门下,受益匪浅,现将张老运用疏调气机学术思想结合地方草药雀梅藤治疗肿瘤的体会总结分享如下。Professor Zhang Zhen,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,is one of the pioneer scholars in the study of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in China.Professor Zhang Zhen combined his more than 60 years of experience in clinical and scientific research in traditional Chinese medicine to create the Yunling School of traditional Chinese medicine Tuning.Professor Zhang Zhen believes that clearing and regulating qi that he founded is not limited to the traditional soothing and regulating qi,but on the basis of regulating liver qi,regulating the spleen and kidney,and taking into account other related syndromes as a whole.That is,the liver is the main body,the spleen and kidneys are the flanks,and other treatment rules are included.The core or key of the qi regulation machine is to stretch the liver qi,restore,adjust,and activate its normal function of dredging,so as to maintain the smooth operation of the body’s qi.The author is fortunate that he is taken up by Zhang Zhen,using the academic thoughts of qi regulation machine combined with the local herbal medicine Sageretia thea vine to treat tumors.The summary and sharing are as follows.
