摘　　要：目的观察埋线等综合治疗带状疱疹及其后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法运用杨氏3+疗法中套餐“疱五针”埋线疗法、火针结合拔罐法、梅花针叩刺结合拔罐法,综合治疗带状疱疹及其后遗神经痛。结果从临床治疗效果来看,以上方法效果显著,打破了常规服药疗法效果不理想,治疗后易遗留不适症状的缺陷。结论埋线等综合治疗带状疱疹及其后遗神经痛临床疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of catgut embedding and other comprehensive therapies in the treatment of herpes zoster and its postherpetic neuralgia.Methods The combination of“Paowuzhen”catgut embedding therapy,fire needle combined with cupping,plum blossom needle percussion and cupping were used to treat herpes zoster and its sequelae neuralgia.Results From the perspective of clinical treatment effect,the above methods had significant effect,broke the defect that the effect of conventional medication therapy is not ideal and the unwell symptoms are easily left after treatment.Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of herpes zoster and its sequelae neuralgia with catgut embedding is effective and is worthy of popularization.
