杏苏散在咳嗽证中的加减应用治验

摘　　要：咳嗽是多种病因作用于肺,使肺失宣降,肺气上逆,发出咳声,或咯吐痰液的一种肺系病证。咳嗽既是肺系疾病的主要症状,又是具有独立性的一种证候,其外感或内伤的发病率均较高。文章结合辨证施治的效果,参考古籍文献和作者的师承经验体会,简要阐述杏苏散在咳嗽证中的加减治疗应用,解读杏苏散作为咳嗽基础方较广泛的实用性和良好实效性,结合治疗验案分析说明,力求为咳嗽证的治疗和杏苏散于临床更好地使用起到促进作用。Cough is a variety of etiology in the lung,and is a kind of lung disease that impairment of purifying and descending function of the lung,adverse rising of lung qi,cough,or spiting sputum.It is not only the main symptom of pulmonary diseases,but also an independent syndrome.Its incidence is high in both external and internal injury.Combined with the effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment,reference to the ancient books and the author’s experience,this paper briefly expounds the application of Xingsu powder in the treatment of cough syndrome,interprets the wide practicability and good effectiveness of Xingsu powder as a basic prescription for cough,and strives to promote the treatment of cough syndrome and Xingsu powder in clinical use.
