摘　　要：成人Still病是一种病因未明的全身炎性反应性疾病,发病率低,缺乏特异性的血清学和病理学表现及临床特征,不易诊断。多数患者发病前有上呼吸道感染史,临床主要表现为发热、皮疹和关节症状,部分出现内脏损害,预后差异大。西医治疗多采用非甾体抗炎药、糖皮质激素等,不良反应多,中医药治疗可以有效改善症状,且能辅助减少激素等西药用量,安全性高,无明显不良反应。张池金教授认为本病因其病程时间较长,发热持续反复发作,伴肢体关节疼痛不舒,多由湿遏热郁,湿热互结,缠绵难清,久而耗气伤阴,阴虚邪伏,经络关节痹阻所致,可给予蒿芩清胆汤或青蒿鳖甲汤化裁加减治疗,使热清湿化,气行阴养,临床采用中医药辨证治疗成人Still病验案,效果显著。Adult onset Still’s disease is a systemic inflammatory response disease with unknown etiology.The incidence rate is low.Lack of specific serological and pathological manifestations and clinical features,it is difficult to diagnose.Most patients have a history of upper respiratory tract infection before onset.The main clinical manifestations are fever,rash and arthralgia,and some patients will have visceral damage.What’s more,the prognosis is very different.Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticoids are mostly used in western medicine treatment,with many adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can not only effectively improve symptoms,but also help reduce the dosage of Western medicine,such as hormones,with high safety and no obvious adverse reactions.My tutor,Professor Zhang Chijin,used traditional Chinese medicine to treat a few cases of adult onset Still’s disease,and the effect is remarkable.
