摘 要:氧化锆(ZrO_(2))基固体电解质的电性能和热力学性能是影响其实际应用的关键因素。文章采用交流阻抗谱法测试不同工作温度下6YSZ(Y_(2)O_(3)含量为6 mol%)的阻抗谱,结合Arrhennius公式,拟合出活化能,并研究其电性能;在800℃下对材料进行抗热震性实验研究其热力学性能。研究发现,在450~550℃条件下,6YSZ的活化能为1.54 eV;在550~750℃条件下,其活化能为1.31eV,抗热震性次数为27次以上。该材料与传统的5YSZ(Y^(2)O_(3)含量为5 mol%)相比,具有较好的电性能;与8YSZ(Y^(2)O_(3)含量为8mol%)相比,具有较好的热力学性能。The properties of the zirconia solid electrolyte is mainly determined by its electrical performance and thermodynamic performance.The paper investigates the electrical performance of 6YSZ by using complex impedance technique at different working temperature,in combination with the Arrhennius equation,fitting out the activation energy.In addition,the thermodynamic performance of the material is studied by the thermal shock resistance.It is shown that the activation energy of the zirconia solid electrolyte is 1.51 eV at 450-550℃and 1.31 eV at 550-750℃.Additionally,its thermal shock resistance is 27 time.Compared with traditional material 5YSZ,6YSZ is a material with better electric properties.Compared with traditional material 8YSZ,the 6YSZ is of higher thermodynamic properties.
