摘 要:针对常减压蒸馏装置在极低负荷下生产中常压炉和减压炉存在的炉管结焦的风险,对两炉的运行状态进行分析,认为减压炉的炉管结焦风险更大。为了降低减压炉的炉管结焦风险,采用了降低常压蒸馏收率、减压炉炉管注汽、优化过热蒸汽用量等措施。改善了减压炉物料的流动状态,解决了减压炉管内物料流速低、停留时间长的问题,有效地保障了减压炉在极低负荷下的安全运行。Aiming at the coking risk of atmospheric furnace and vacuum furnace in crude distillation unit under very low load,this paper analyzes the operation state of the two furnaces,and considers that the furnace tubes of vacuum furnace exist greater coking risk.In order to reduce the coking risk of vacuum furnace tube,countermeasures such as reducing atmospheric distillation yield,steam injection into vacuum furnace tube and optimizing the consumption of superheated steam are taken.The flow state of materials in the vacuum furnace is improved and the problems of low flow rate and long residence time of materials are solved.It effectively ensures the safe operation of vacuum furnace under very low load.
