摘  要:对氯氢处理工序富余氢气回收利用,经氢气输送一期工程由0.08 MPa(G)加压至0.70 MPa(G),再经除氧器以吸附方式降低氢气中的氧含量,通过干燥器进行干燥,输送到下游用户。随着产品结构的调整,氢气富余量增加,急需开发新的用氢客户提升氢气回收利用率,特此在氢气输送一期的基础上,对氢气进行二次增压,由0.70 MPa(G)增压到1.30 MPa(G)输送至新用户,本次对氢气二次增压输送系统工艺进行全面阐述。The surplus hydrogen in the hydrogen chloride treatment process was recovered and utilized,which was pressurized from 0.08 MPa(G)to 0.70 MPa(G)through hydrogen transport project in the first phase,and then the oxygen content in hydrogen was reduced by adsorption through deaerator,which was dried by dryer and transported to downstream users.With the adjustment of product structure,the surplus of hydrogen increases,so it is urgent to develop new customers using hydrogen to improve the utilization rate of hydrogen recovery.Based on the first phase of hydrogen transmission,we hereby conduct secondary pressurization of hydrogen,from 0.70 MPa(G)to 1.30 MPa(G)and deliver it to new users.This time,we comprehensively describe the process of hydrogen secondary pressurization transportation system.
