摘  要:C9冷聚树脂是经过催化聚合生产所得,因具有良好的热稳定性、相容性、耐水以及耐酸碱性能,因此具有相当广泛的用途。为了获得更加优质的C9冷聚树脂,需要对其工艺进行深入的研究。文章对除环C9组分的来源以及对冷聚反应的影响进行研究,探讨原料组成的变化对冷聚树脂反应的影响,提出对冷聚树脂产品的软化点及色度的工艺操作管控措施。C9 cold polymer resin is produced by catalytic polymerization.It has good thermal stability,compatibility,water resistance and acid-base resistance,so it has a wide range of applications.In order to obtain higher quality C9 cold polymerization resin,its process was deeply studied.The source of cyclo C9 component and its influence on the cold polymerization reaction were studied,the influence of the change of raw material composition on the cold polymerization resin reaction was discussed,and the process operation control measures for the softening point and chromaticity of cold polymerization resin products were put forward.
