摘 要:油气混输海底管线内物流为多相流动,与单相管路相比具有更为复杂的特点。混输方式能大大降低海管敷设和运行维护的费用,但带来的多变工况问题又给管道的维护带来了诸多的麻烦。文章以某海域高气油比混输海管为例,根据该海管在生产、维护作业中的特点,以生产数据为基础,通过模拟计算和理论分析方式研究混输海管变工况与海管清管相关的系列问题,提出了一系列解决方法,例如降低管道积液、控制清管段塞等。The oil-gas mixed transportation submarine pipeline tends to be multiphase flow,which is more complex than singlephase flow pipeline.Mixed transportation can reduce the cost of submarine pipeline laying and operation as well as maintenance,but the complex working conditions bring trouble to the pipeline maintenance.Taking the mixed transportation pipeline with high gas oil ratio in a sea area as an example,according to the characteristics of the pipeline in production and maintenance,and based on the production data,this paper studies the series of problems related to the working condition change of the mixed transportation pipeline and the pigging of the pipeline by means of simulation calculation and theoretical analysis,then puts forward the solutions to a series of problems such as reducing the pipeline effusion and controlling the pigging slug.
