摘  要:在全球气候变化影响下,部分输水渠道作为区域防洪排涝通道被启用的概率进一步增大,为本地洪涝水与封闭的输水渠道建立了特定的水力联系,对后续输水水质造成潜在风险。以小清河分洪道子槽段为典型案例,从工程运行现状、洪涝水污染情势等角度论述了风险发生来源及可能危害程度。结果表明,子槽水质风险输入的主要污染类型为氮磷等营养盐污染、复合有机污染,主要作用时段发生在行洪结束后滞留积水与渠道沉积物的迁移转化过程。子槽系统需加强区域水质风险监测评估与风险源管控能力,以减轻陆源风险输入的不确定性。Under the influence of global climate change,the probability of some water delivery channels being used as regional flood diversion channels has further increased.A specific hydraulic connection between local flood and closed water delivery channels will be established when it occurs,which may pose potential risk to the quality of subsequent water delivery.Taking the Zizao section of Xiaoqing River flood diversion channel as a typical case,the source of risks and the extent of possible harm are discussed from the perspectives of project operation status and flood pollution situation.The results show that main types of pollution risk are organic pollution and nutrient pollution,such as nitrogen and phosphorus,and it mainly occurs in the migration and transformation process of the stagnant water and channel sediments after the flood diversion.Therefore,some measures should be taken in the flood diversion channel of Xiaoqing River to reduce the uncertainty of land-based pollution risk input,such as strengthening the regional water quality risk monitoring and evaluation,and the capabilities of risk source management and control.
