摘 要:以某拱坝为例,采用全坝全过程三维有限元法模拟施工过程,研究施工期未封拱坝段临时断面悬臂挡水对坝体应力、变形以及横缝开度的影响。结果表明,在设计拟定的浇筑进度、灌浆进度和坝前度汛水位条件下,坝体悬臂应力满足《混凝土拱坝设计规范》中要求,应力总体小于0.5 MPa;悬臂挡水使坝体径向变形由倒悬引起的向上游变形转变为水压主要作用的向下游变形,悬臂挡水使未封拱部位横缝呈压紧趋势,横缝开度减小0.6~1 mm;考虑当前悬臂挡水时的龄期,坝体总体处于弹性阶段,水荷载释放后,横缝开度基本上能恢复原状。Taking an arch dam as an example,the real pouring process of whole dam body is simulated by three-dimensional finite element method,and the influences of cantilever water retaining of the unsealed arch dam section on the stress,deformation and transverse joint opening of the dam body during the construction period are studied.The results show that,(a)the cantilever stress of the dam body meets the requirements in the“Specification for Design of Concrete Arch Dams”under the conditions of proposed pouring schedule,grouting schedule and flood level in front of the dam,and the stress is generally less than 0.5 MPa;(b)the cantilever water retaining makes the radial deformation of the dam body changing from upstream deformation caused by inverted suspension to downstream deformation mainly caused by water pressure,and the cantilever water retaining makes the transverse joints of the unsealed arch part tend to be compressed with the decrease of transverse joint opening by 0.6-1 mm;and(c)considering the age of the cantilever water retaining,the dam body is generally in the elastic stage,and the opening of the transverse joints can basically return to the original state after the release of water load.
