摘  要:引黄灌区输送的水通常会含有大量的泥沙因而形成水泵的浑水输送情况。为了研究引黄灌区内含沙水流对离心泵性能的影响,选取黄河泥沙中值粒径为0.043、0.0517、0.0963 mm,泥沙含量0~8 kg/m^(3)的水流室内抽水试验并测量流量、水泵进出口压力、电机输入功率、水泵转速、水温及含沙量等数据。试验结果表明:水流中的泥沙含量明显影响离心泵的性能,与清水相比,泥沙使得水泵相同扬程下流量减少,相同流量下水泵扬程降低,轴功率增大,效率降低,流量平均减少7.12%,效率平均减少3.66%,扬程平均减少2.09%,轴功率平均增加1.69%。实验得到的成果对于浑水水泵的使用和选型有一定的指导作用。The water transported in the Yellow River diversion irrigation area usually contains a large amount of sediment which forms the muddy water transportation of the pump.In order to study the influence of sediment-laden flow on the performance of centrifugal pump in Yellow River irrigation area,the flow with the median particle size of the Yellow River sediment of 0.043 mm,0.0517 mm,and 0.0963 mm and the sediment content of 0-8 kg/m^(3) is selected to carry out the indoor pumping test experiments.The flow,inlet and outlet pressure of water pump,input power of motor,speed of water pump,water temperature and sediment concentration are measured during the tests.The test results show that,the sediment content in the flow affects the performance of centrifugal pump,and compared with the clean water,the sediment makes the discharge of pump decreases under the same head,the head of pump decreases under the same discharge,as well as the shaft power increases and the efficiency decreases.Under the test conditions,the average discharge of pump is reduced by 7.12%,the average efficiency is reduced by 3.66%,the average head is reduced by 2.09%,and the average shaft power is increased by 1.69%.The experimental results have a certain guiding role for the use and selection of water pump in muddy water situation.
