摘 要:由于灯泡贯流式机组出力和稳定性以及电站的经济收益影响因子众多,直接对日发电量和年发电量进行计算较为复杂且不易实现,使得对电站的节能增效效果的评价较为困难。分别以电站净水头、机组负荷、机组振动为约束和评价标条件,利用导叶开度和机组负荷成类线性关系预估机组因引用流量增加而增加的出力,并根据多年平均实测水文资料,对多年发电量进行预估计算。通过相似工况机组运行参数对比,本计算误差小于5%。通过研究发现增加引用流量而多发电量及机组出力收益为:发电能力提升约2%~5%额定装机容量,年均发电量可增加约1.4%的设计多年平均发电量,水导振动可降低约20%。Since many factors are closely related to the output and stability of bulb tubular units,and will directly affect the economic benefits of power station,it is complex and difficult to calculate the daily and annual generation directly,which makes it difficult to evaluate the energy-saving and efficiency increasing effect of the power station.Taking the net head,unit load and unit vibration as the constraints and evaluation criteria respectively,the output increase of unit due to the increase of turbine flow is estimated based on the quasi linear relationship between guide vane opening and unit load,and according to the annual average measured hydrological data,the annual power generation is estimated.Compared with the power generation of other units with same operation parameters and similar operation conditions,the calculation error is less than 5%.Through the research,it is found that the increased benefits of power generation and unit output by increasing the turbine flow are as follows:the power generation capacity can be increased by about 2%to 5%of the rated installed capacity,the average annual power generation can be increased by about 1.4%of designed annual average power generation,and the hydraulic vibration of main guide bearing can be reduced by about 20%.
