摘  要:毫米波圆极化天线具有减少极化失配、抑制多径干扰的特性,在恶劣环境中具有更好的稳定性,是提升通信系统性能的重要器件。利用喇叭天线和隔板极化器设计了一款双圆极化天线,并在天线和极化器的连接处采用电磁带隙结构,可以有效减小装配误差对天线性能的影响。实测结果显示,所加工的天线可应用于W波段通信系统,其工作带宽覆盖95 GHz到110 GHz,回波损耗优于15 d B,隔离度大于12.5 d B,轴比小于1.2,主极化增益为19.5±2.5 d Bic,交叉极化鉴别度优于25 d B,具有良好的电气性能。Millimeter-wave circularly polarized antenna has high stability in harsh environments and is an important component to improving the performance of communication systems, due to the advantages of reducing polarization mismatch and suppressing multipath interference. A dual circularly polarized antenna is designed using the horn antenna and the septum polarizer, and the electromagnetic bandgap(EBG) structure is adopted at the connection between the antenna and the polarizer, which can effectively mitigate the effects of assembly errors on antenna performance. The measured results show that the processed antenna has good electrical properties and can be applied to W-band communication systems. Specifically, its operating bandwidth covers 95 GHz to 110 GHz, the return loss is better than 15 d B, the isolation is greater than 12.5 d B, the axial ratio is less than 1.2, the co-polarization gain of 19.5 ± 2.5 d Bic, and the cross-polarization discrimination is better than 25 d B.
