新疆克州703名60岁以上老年人健康素养水平分析

摘　　要：目的了解新疆克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州(克州)60岁以上老年人健康素养水平及其影响因素,为当地老年人健康素养促进工作提供依据。方法2018年4—11月,采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,对新疆克州阿图什市、阿合奇县及乌恰县共703名60岁以上老年人进行健康素养水平问卷调查,对调查数据进行分析。结果新疆克州60岁以上老年人健康素养水平为3.70%(26/703),3个方面健康素养水平如下:健康技能18.49%,健康生活方式与行为7.25%,健康基本知识与理念2.70%;6类健康问题素养水平中,传染病防治素养水平最低,为1.28%。不同年龄和文化程度的老年人健康素养水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随年龄增长,健康素养水平有所下降;文化程度越高,健康素养水平越高。结论新疆克州60岁以上老年人健康素养水平较低,在健康基本知识和理念、传染病防治方面的素养不足,建议结合当地的实际,有重点的开展健康素养教育和促进工作,从而有效提升老年人的健康素养。Objective To understand the level of health literacy of the elderly above 60 years old and its influencing fac⁃tors in Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang,so as to provide basis for the promotion of health literacy of the local elderly.Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the health literacy lev⁃el of 703 elderly people over 60 years old residing in Artux City,Akqi County and Ulugqat County from April to No⁃vember 2018.The survey data were analyzed accordingly.Results The health literacy level of the elderly above 60 years old in Kizilsu Prefecture of Xinjiang is 3.70%(26/703),and the health literacy level in three aspects are as fol⁃lows:health skill 18.49%,healthy life style and behavior 7.25%,basic health knowledge and idea 2.70%.Among the six kinds of health problem literacy,the level of infectious disease prevention and control literacy was the lowest(1.28%).There were significant differences in the health literacy level of the elderly of different ages and educational levels(P<0.05).With the increase of age,the level of health literacy decreased,and the higher the education level,the higher the level of health literacy.Conclusion The health literacy level of the elderly over 60 years old in Kizilsu Pre⁃fecture of Xinjiang is not high,and their health knowledge and concepts,as well as their quality in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases are inadequate,so as to effectively promote the health literacy of the elderly.
