穴位埋药线联合肌内效贴治疗难治性面神经麻痹的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋药线联合肌内效贴治疗难治性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2021年4月就诊于福建中医药大学附属人民医院的90例难治性面神经麻痹患者,根据随机数字表法分为埋药线组(予穴位埋药线治疗)、肌效贴组(予肌内效贴治疗)、联合组(予穴位埋药线联合肌内效贴治疗),每组各30例,连续治疗4周;观察面神经功能评分及面部肌电图,并比较临床疗效。结果联合组显效率高于埋药线组及肌效贴组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组面神经功能评分治疗后及随访4周均较治疗前提高,随访4周高于治疗后,且联合组评分均高于埋药线组及肌效贴组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组及埋药线组随访4周额肌、口轮匝肌的潜伏期均较治疗前缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组随访4周额肌、口轮匝肌的波幅均较治疗前升高,且联合组额肌、口轮匝肌的波幅均高于肌内效贴组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋药线联合肌内效贴治疗可更为有效改善难治性面神经麻痹患者的面部肌肉功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint medicated-thread embedding combined with kinesio taping in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis.Methods A total of 90 patients with refractory facial paralysis treated in People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to April 2021 were divided into embedding group(gived acupoint medicated-thread embedding therapy),taping group(gived kinesio taping therapy),and combination group(gived embedding therapy combined with kinesio taping therapy)by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group,for 4 consecutive weeks.The facial nerve function score and facial electromyography were observed,and the clinical effects were compared.Results The effective rate of the combined group was higher statistically significant than that of the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The facial nerve function scores of the three groups were improved after treatment and at 4 weeks follow-up compared with before treatment,and at 4 weeks follow-up also higher than after treatment,and the scores of the combined group were higher than those of the other two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The latency of frontal muscle and orbicularis oris muscle at 4 weeks of follow-up in combined group and embedding group were significantly shorter than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amplitudes of the frontal muscle and orbicularis oris muscle in the three groups at 4 weeks of follow-up were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the combined group was significantly higher than the taping group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint medicated-thread embedding combined with kinesio taping can more effectively improve the facial muscle function of patients with refractory facial paralysis.
