摘　　要：先兆流产是临床较为常见的妊娠疾病,发病率逐年升高,严重影响着孕龄妇女的身心健康,同时给其家庭带来精神与经济的双重负担。陈莹教授认为本病主要病机为肾脾不足,气血冲任失调。胎失所养,轻则胞漏下血、动而不安,重则胎萎不长而堕。肾系胞胎,脾能载胎,血能养胎,治疗上以补养肾脾为本,益气养血为辅。陈莹教授从医四十余载,总结多年临证经验,结合古人之经方、验方自拟出补肾安胎方,根据患者的不同临床表现,辨证审因,灵活施治,采用中医药治疗为主体,必要时辅以西药治疗的方法,收到显著的临床疗效。本文主要总结陈莹教授从肾脾论治胎动不安的临证经验,并附验案一则,对其运用补肾安胎方的治疗方法进行分析。Threatened abortion is a common clinically pregnancy disease,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of women in gestational age,and at the same time brings a double burden of mental and economic to their families,with the incidence rate increasing year by year.Professor Chen Ying believes that the main pathogenesis of this disease is the kidney and spleen deficiency,and the imbalance of qi and blood;If the fetus is deprived of support,the parturient may experience vaginal bleeding and restlessness,or the fetus may even fail to grow and abort;due to the kidney’s direct connection to the fetus in the uterus,the spleen’s importance to the fetus protection,and the blood’s ability to nourish the fetus,the treatment should be based on tonifying the kidney and spleen,supplemented by nourishing qi and blood.As a physician for more than 40 years,she has summed up many years of clinical experience and formulated her own Bushen Antai Decoction,combining ancient prescriptions and proven prescriptions.By differentiating and examining the causes according to the different clinical manifestations of the patients,she chooses flexible treatment,with traditional Chinese medicine as the main body,supplemented by western medicine when necessary,and has received significant clinical effects.This article mainly summarizes Professor Chen Ying’s clinical experience in treating fetal irritability from the perspective of kidney and spleen,and analyzes the treatment method of Bushen Antai Decoction in one case.
