摘  要:以过氧化钙(Ca O_(2))和初沉污泥为探究对象,在室温条件下探究了Ca O_(2)对初沉污泥厌氧发酵产短链脂肪酸(SCFA)的影响。结果表明,适当添加Ca O_(2)能促进污泥发酵系统中SCFA的积累并缩短最佳发酵时间,当Ca O_(2)含量为0.1 g/g时,SCFA的最大积累量为526.3 mg/L,为空白组的1.24倍。然而当Ca O_(2)含量升高至0.2 g/g时,Ca O_(2)的存在抑制了SCFA的积累。Ca O_(2)能够提高发酵体系的p H,从而导致碱性环境利于污泥发酵。Ca O_(2)促进初沉污泥溶解性有机物释放,当Ca O_(2)含量为0.1 g/g时,溶解性蛋白质和多糖的最高含量分别为262、156 mg/L。酶活性分析表明适当添加Ca O_(2)促进了蛋白质酶和纤维素活性。Ca O_(2)同样影响初沉池污泥发酵微生物群落,Ca O_(2)存在显著提高了Bacteroidetes和Firmicutes的相对丰度。The effects of CaO_(2)on the short chain fatty acid(SCFA) production from primary sludge were studied at room temperature. The results showed that the appropriate addition of CaO_(2)could promote the accumulation of SCFA in the sludge fermentation system and shorten the optimal fermentation time. When the content of CaO_(2)was 0.1 g/g, the maximum accumulation of SCFA was 526.3 mg/L, which was 1.24 times of the blank group. However, the presence of CaO_(2)inhibited the accumulation of SCFA with the content of CaO_(2)increased to 0.2 g/g. The CaO_(2)can improve the pH of the fermentation system, which leads to an alkaline environment conducive to sludge fermentation. The highest content of soluble protein and polysaccharide of 262 mg/L and 156 mg/L respectively were obtained under the content of CaO_(2)was 0.1 g/g. The analysis of enzyme activity showed that the appropriate addition of CaO_(2)promoted the activity of protein enzyme and cellulose. The CaO_(2)also affected the microbial community of sludge fermentation in the primary sedimentation tank, and the presence of CaO_(2)significantly increased the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes.
