摘  要:开发了一种膜炭生物反应器,并研究其降解表面活性剂废水的效果,与膜生物反应器相比,该系统耐表面活性剂冲击能力强,在表面活性剂负荷不超过 0.126 kg/(m^(3)·d)时,进水 COD 为 1 600~4 500 mg/L,LAS 为 200~1 300mg/L 时,MCBR 出水 COD 稳定在 100 mg/L 以下,LAS 小于 1 mg/L,去除率接近 100%。氨氮平均去除率 85% 以上,总氮去除率在 9.47%~47.74%,系统同时存硝化与反硝化作用。粉末活性炭强化了物理吸附-厌氧生化降解过程,实现了表面活性剂停留时间和水力停留时间分离,有利于难生化物质的降解。该系统的突出优点为在处理高浓度表面活性剂废水过程中无泡沫产生,避免污泥流失,表面活性剂一步去除率超过 99%。A membrane carbon bioreactor (MCBR) was developed and its effect on the degradation of surfactant wastewater was studied. Compared with membrane bioreactor, the MCBR system has a strong resistance to surfactant impact. When the surfactant loading is not more than 0.126 kg/(m^(3) ·d), the influent cod and LAS are 1 600~4 500 mg /L and 200~1 300 mg/L, the effluent COD of MCBR is stable below 100 mg/L, LAS is below 1 mg/L. The removal rate of LAS was nearly 100%, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was more than 85%, and the removal rate of total nitrogen was 9.47%~47.74%, which showed the simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in the system. Powdered activated carbon enhanced the physical adsorption anaerobic biodegradation process, realized the separation of surfactant residence and hydraulic retention times, which was conducive to the degradation of refractory substances. The obvious advantage of the system showed that not producing foam in the treatment of high concentration surfactant wastewater, avoided sludge loss and the removal rate of surfactant was more than 99%.
