摘  要:针对量广面大的餐饮废水大多无序排放,且排放不达标等问题,设计了一体式隔油-A/O反应器(A/OIOSR),并将该工艺用于实际餐饮废水的处理实验。研究了水力停留时间(HRT)、溶解氧(DO)质量浓度和温度对系统中污染物去除效果的影响。结果表明,当HRT为8 h,DO质量浓度为4~5 mg/L时,A/O-IOSR反应器在夏季、秋季和冬季运行期间,对动植物油脂、SS和COD等主要超标污染物的平均去除率分别达到了93.12%、91.16%和90.19%,运行效果受温度影响较少,出水水质优于纳管排放标准;A/O-IOSR还具有良好的脱氮除磷功能,且运行效果受温度影响较大,致使冬季NH_(3)-N、TN和TP的去除率均弱于夏、秋季;反应器在不同季节最优工况下填料下部生物膜的活性均优于中部和上部,冬季生物膜活性要弱于夏季和秋季;填料污泥产率系数为0.096 4(gMLSS/gCOD),低于普通生物膜工艺,产生的污泥量少。研究结果能为餐饮废水的处理提供一种新技术和新设备。An integrated oil separator-A/O reactor(A/O-IOSR) was designed to aim the problems of disorderly discharge of large-volume and largescale catering wastewater and substandard discharge, and the process was used in the actual catering wastewater treatment. The effects of hydraulic retention time(HRT), dissolved oxygen concentration(DO), and temperature on the removal of pollutants in the system were studied. The results showed that when the HRT is 8 h and the DO is 4~5 mg/L, the A/O-IOSR reactor has average removal rates of animal and vegetable fats, SS, and COD reached 93.12%, 91.16%, and 90.19% respectively during the operation in summer, autumn, and winter. The operation effect is less affected by temperature, and the effluent quality is better than the discharge standard. The A/O-IOSR also has good functions of nitrogen and phosphorus removal,and the operation effect is affected by temperature. The removal rates of NH_(3)-N, TN, and TP in winter were weaker than that of spring and autumn.Under the optimal conditions in the different seasons, the biofilm activity of the lower biofilm filler was better than that of the middle and upper biofilms, and the biofilm in winter was weaker than that of summer and autumn. The yield coefficient of filler sludge was 0.096 4(gMLSS/gCOD),which is lower than that of the ordinary biofilm process and produced less sludge. The research results can provide new technology and new equipment for the treatment of catering wastewater.
