摘 要:苏州某污水厂因用地条件受限以及规划要求,不具备原地扩建的可能,为应对地块不断增长的污水量处理需求以及“苏州特别排放限值”的新要求,对该污水厂进行了深入评估,确定了挖潜改造方案。项目实施后运行结果表明该工程能有效提升污水厂出水水质,对 COD、BOD_(5)、SS、TN、NH_(3)-N、TP 的去除率分别为 91.9%、95.2%、95.5%、79.4%、94.4% 和 93.3%,出水水质能够稳定达标排放;在工艺运行控制较好的条件下,处理水量也能进一步提升。该工程投资约305.11万元,运行费用增加0.08元/吨水。该工程对同类型污水厂提标改造具有良好的实践指导意义。Due to limited land conditions and planning requirements, a sewage plant in Suzhou is not possible to expand in site. In order to cope with the increasing demand for wastewater treatment on the plot and the new requirements of the "Suzhou Special Discharge Limit", an in-depth assessment of the sewage treatment plant was carried out, and a potential redevelopment plan was determined. The operation results after the implementation of the project show that the project can effectively improve the effluent quality of the sewage plant. The removal rates of COD,BOD_(5), SS, TN, NH_(3)-N, and TP are 91.9%, 95.2%, 95.5%, 79.4%, 94.4% and 93.3%, respectively, and the effluent quality can stably meet the discharge standards. Under the conditions of better process operation control, the treated water volume can be further increased. The project investment is about 3.0511 million yuan, and the Operating expenses increase by 0.08 yuan per ton of water. This method has good practical guiding significance for the optimization of operation and transformation of the same type of sewage plants.
