摘  要:非热等离子体杀灭肿瘤细胞具有“广谱”与高效的优势,且能“选择性”杀死肿瘤细胞,有望成为肿瘤治疗的新型物理技术.非热等离子体通过提高细胞内活性氧自由基水平,损伤DNA等生物分子及多个细胞器,启动多条信号通路最终导致细胞进入死亡阶段.笔者主要概述了近年来非热等离子体对肿瘤细胞的损伤及机制、诱导肿瘤细胞发生程序性死亡的类型及相应机制,为其后续研究及临床应用提供参考.Non-thermal plasma has the advantages of “broad-spectrum” and high efficiency in killing tumor cells,especially selectively killing tumor cells,and it is expected to be a new physical method to cancer therapy.Non-thermal plasma increases the level of reactive oxygen species in cells to damage biological molecules such as DNA and various organelles,activate multiple signal pathways,and ultimately leads to cell death.This article summarized the recent progress about the damages and death type of tumor cells including the possible mechanisms induced by non-thermal plasma.We hope it can provide some insights to the further studies and clinical application in the future.
