摘　　要：长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区是长三角区域一体化发展重大战略的具体实践。为了推动示范区时空信息资源跨区域共享,为示范区智慧大脑建设提供统一的时空信息底座。研究了示范区时空信息平台建设,对平台的需求分析、设计思路、总体构架、关键技术等方面进行了阐述,并从规划管理、项目监测、生态监测、产业经济等方面进行了应用实践探索,旨在为跨区域的时空信息平台建设提供参考。The Yangtze River Delta Eco-Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone is a concrete practice of the major strategy of integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta.In order to promote the cross-regional sharing of spatio-temporal information resources in the demonstration area and provide a unified spatio-temporal information base for the construction of smart brains in the demonstration area,this paper studies the construction of a cross-regional spatio-temporal information platform,analysis of platform requirements,design ideas,overall architecture,key technologies,etc,explained the aspects,and explored the application practice from the aspects of planning management,project monitoring,ecological monitoring,industrial economy,etc.,aiming to provide reference for the construction of cross-regional spatio-temporal information platform.
