摘  要:通过对城市地铁盾构法隧道施工过程中地表及结构变形监测数据的汇总分析,结合岩土力学原理及经验初步判断影响变形发展的主要参数,然后通过正交试验方法进行多因素多水平的实验设计,利用有限差分数值计算软件对每组实验参数组合进行计算分析,对计算结果进行数学统计,分析变形对各主要因素的敏感性并进行排序,根据相关经验及相近的研究成果构建变形与岩土参数、变形与盾构注浆参数间的函数关系,并在指定边界条件下通过优化算法进行求解,得到全局最优解,并进行经济型分析。Based on the summary and analysis of the surface and structural deformation monitoring data during the construction of urban subway shield tunnel,combined with the principle and experience of geotechnical mechanics,the main parameters affecting the development of deformation are preliminarily determined.Then,the multi factor and multi-level experimental design is carried out through the orthogonal test method,and the finite difference numerical calculation software is used to calculate and analyze the combination of each group of experimental parameters,according to the relevant experience and similar research results,the functional relationship between deformation and geotechnical parameters,deformation and shield grouting parameters is constructed,and the global optimal solution is obtained through the optimization algorithm under the specified boundary conditions,and the economic analysis is carried out.
