摘 要:为了研究钢纤维对磷酸镁水泥基修补材料(MPCMR)韧性的影响规律,对钢纤维MPCMR进行了抗压强度、抗折强度、抗冲击试验和弯拉试验,采用折压比、抗冲击韧性和弯曲韧性对MPCMR的韧性进行了分析,并与普通硅酸盐水泥基修补材料(PORM)和硫铝酸盐水泥基修补材料(SACRM)进行了对比。结果表明:当钢纤维的体积掺量为1.2%时,MPCRM折压比达到最大值(为0.22);钢纤维的体积掺量在1.2%~1.6%时,钢纤维MPCRM的抗冲击韧性最佳,荷载-挠度曲线更加饱满,二次强化更明显;当钢纤维的体积掺量为1.6%时,钢纤维MPCRM的相对剩余强度达到了最大值(为88.78%);与PORM-1.2和SACRM-1.2相比分别提高了9.11%和12.35%;钢纤维对MPCRM的韧性提高具有更好的效果。In order to study the effect of steel fiber on toughness of magnesium phosphate cement-based material(MPCMR),the compressive strength,flexural strength,impact resistance and flexural tension tests of steel fiber MPCMR were carried out,the flexural compression ratio,impact toughness and bending toughness are used to analyze the toughness of MPCMR. And the results were compared with ordinary Portland cement based repair material(PORM) and sulphoaluminate cement based repair material(SACRM). The results show that when the volume content of steel fiber is 1.2%,the ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength of MPCRM reached the maximum value of 0.22,MPCRM has the best impact toughness when the volume content of steel fiber is between 1.2 and 1.6%. The load-deflection curve of steel fiber MPCRM is fuller and the secondary strengthening is more obvious. When the volume content of steel fiber is 1.6%,the relative residual strength of MPCRM reaches the maximum value of88.78%,compared with PORM-1.2 and SACRM-1.2,it increased by 9.11% and 12.35% respectively. Steel fiber has a better effect on the toughness enhancement of MPCRM.
