摘  要:部分工程实践和试验结果表明,凝灰岩等硅质机制砂混凝土单位用水量较高、强度相对较低、且综合抗裂能力较差。为了探明其影响机理,在固定水泥、粉煤灰、外加剂和粗骨料前提下,开展了凝灰岩、花岗岩、片麻岩和石灰岩等不同岩性机制砂品质试验、石粉需水量比及其形貌测试、砂浆抗压强度及其孔结构特性测试,以及二级配C30泵送混凝土性能试验。结果表明,硅质机制砂混凝土比石灰岩钙质机制砂混凝土的单位用水量高且强度低,这主要与硅质机制砂中粒径小于0.16 mm的石粉和粒径小于0.08 mm的微粒需水量比较高、粒形较差,其配制的砂浆抗压强度较低、总孔体积和孔隙率较大等因素有关。Some engineering practice and test results showed that concrete with siliceous manufactured sand such as tuff has higher unit water consumption,lower strength and poorer crack resistance. In order to study its influence mechanism,on the premise of fixing cement,fly ash,admixture and coarse aggregate,the quality test of manufactured sand with different lithology such as tuff,granite,gneiss and limestone,water requirement ratio and morphology test,mortar compressive strength and pore structure test,and the performance test of two graded C30 pumped concrete were carried out. The results showed that the stone powder with size less than 0.16 mm and particles with size less than 0.08 mm in siliceous manufactured sand have higher water requirement ratio and worse shape,and its mortar has lower compressive strength,larger total pore volume and porosity. Therefore,the unit water consumption of siliceous manufactured sand concrete is higher and the strength is lower than that of limestone calcareous manufactured sand concrete.
