摘 要:基于混凝土抗渗性正交试验,系统分析了水灰比、改性橡胶粉、聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维和温度4种因素对混凝土抗渗性的影响。研究表明:对混凝土抗渗性影响程度从大到小依次为改性橡胶粉、水灰比、PVA纤维掺量和温度;改性橡胶粉的影响显著水平最高,其掺量对试件抗渗性影响显著水平为F_(0.05)>F>F_(0.1);在试验水平范围内,得出混凝土试件抗渗性最佳水平组合为:水灰比0.34,改性橡胶粉取代率12%,PVA纤维掺量0.1%,温度20℃。通过SPSS采用多元非线性回归分析,建立了PVA纤维改性橡胶混凝土相对渗透系数与水灰比、改性橡胶取代率、PVA纤维掺量、温度的经验公式。Based on the orthogonal test of concrete impermeability,the influence of water-cement ratio,modified rubber powder,polyvinyl alcohol fiber and temperature on the impermeability of concrete are systematically analyzed. The results show that the degree of influence on the impermeability of concrete is the replacement rate of modified rubber powder,water-cement ratio,PVA fiber content and temperature in descending order;Modified rubber powder has the highest level of significant impact,and the significant level of its content on the impermeability of the test piece is F_(0.05)>F>F_(0.1);In the range of test level,the best level combination of impermeability of concrete specimens is water cement ratio 0.34,modified rubber powder replacement rate 12%,PVA fiber content 0.1% and temperature 20 ℃;The empirical formulas of relative permeability coefficient and water-cement ratio,modified rubber replacement rate,PVA fiber content and temperature of PVA fiber modified rubber concrete were established by SPSS using multivariate nonlinear regression analysis.
