摘 要:使用无机矿物材料膨润土(PRT),作为垃圾渗滤液中胶体的颗粒物,采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)絮凝一级强化预处理方法,结合阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(C-PAM)助凝剂对有机污染物的亲和性,调查了PRT、PAC以及C-PAM对垃圾渗滤液絮凝处理的絮凝效果,考察了PRT和PAC的协同效应。实验表明,传统PAC和C-PAM联合使用对垃圾渗滤液具有一定的絮凝效果,在稀释5倍的垃圾渗滤液中,PAC和C-PAM的投加量分别为8 mL和5 mL的情况下,化学需氧量(COD)、浊度、悬浮物(SS)和总磷(TP)去除率分别为23.1%、93.4%、91.1%和96.7%,但除了有部分沉降外,还有更多的絮体上浮,难以分离。而PRT的胶体和颗粒物质量力的作用,打破了垃圾渗滤液的离子平衡,与PAC形成了协同效应,在C-PAM作用下,显现出较高的絮凝效果和沉降速度,当PRT、PAC和C-PAM的投加量分别为2 g、8 mL和5 mL时,上清液中的COD、浊度、SS和总磷的去除率分别达到72.3%、97.6%、93.8%以及97.5%,与传统的方法相比,COD从16483 mg/L降低到5941 mg/L,上清液的浊度达到10.4 NTU,絮体密实由上浮形式转变为沉降,1 min内基本实现快速沉降,其絮体体积比只有7.2%,为后续新的生化处理模式的建立提供了有力的科学依据。The flocculation effect of PRT,PAC,and C-PAM on waste leachate flocculation treatment was investigated using the inorganic mineral material bentonite(PRT),as the particulate matter of colloids in waste leachate,and the enhanced pretreatment method using polymeric aluminum chloride(PAC)flocculation level,combined with the affinity of cationic polyacrylamide(C-PAM)coagulant for organic pollutants,and the synergistic effect of PRT and PAC was examined.The results showed that the traditional combination of PAC and C-PAM had a certain flocculation effect on the treatment of landfill leachate.8 mL PAC and 5 mL C-PAM was tested to treat 50 mL landfill leachate diluted by 5 times,contributing to the removal efficiencies of chemical oxygen demand(COD),turbidity,suspended solids(SS),and total phosphorus(TP)being 23.1%,93.4%,91.1%,and 96.7%,respectively.However,most flocs floated and were difficult to be separated.The colloidal and particulate matter of PRT broke the ion balance of landfill leachate and formed a synergistic effect with PAC.Under the action of C-PAM,the higher flocculation effect and sedimentation rate were created.When the dosage of PRT,PAC,and C-PAM was 2 g,8 mL,and 5 mL,the removal efficiencies of COD,turbidity,SS,and TP in the supernatant reached 72.3%,97.6%,93.8%,and 97.5%,respectively.The addition of PRT effectively promoted the flocculation effect.Compared with the traditional method,COD was reduced from 16483 mg/L to 5941 mg/L,and the turbidity of the supernatant reached 10.4 NTU.The floating flocs were rapidly settled,and the floc volume ratio was only 7.2%.Overall,it can greatly improve the flocculation capacity and provide a strong scientific basis for the establishment of a new subsequent biological treatment process.
