摘  要:选择不同絮凝剂对生活污水进行絮凝处理,考察了COD的去除率,并结合紫外-可见光谱、三维荧光光谱对污水中的溶解性有机物(DOM)进行了表征和分析,以阐明不同絮凝剂对生活污水中DOM的去除特征。结果表明:阳离子的絮凝剂对COD的去除效果更好,FeCl_(3)和微生物絮凝剂SMP联合使用可去除44.0%的COD,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺可去除57.4%的COD;紫外分析发现絮凝剂对含苯环的芳香族化合物和含多个共轭双键物质的去除能力强;三维荧光分析表明PAM类絮凝剂对类腐殖酸物质的去除效果好,FeCl_(3)+SMP可去除52%的类色氨酸物质,FeCl_(3)可去除60.2%的类溶解性微生物代谢产物;絮凝处理使得DOM荧光峰发生蓝移,即部分DOM转化为芳香性较低的物质,这有利于后续的污水处理工艺的运行。Different flocculants were selected for domestic sewage treatment.The removal rate of COD was investigated.Combined with the UV-Vis spectrum and three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum,the dissolved organic matter(DOM)in sewage was characterized and analyzed to clarify the removal characteristics of DOM in domestic sewage by different flocculants.The results showed that the cationic flocculant had a better removal effect of COD.The combined use of FeCl_(3)and microbial flocculant SMP could remove 44.0%of COD,and the cationic polyacrylamide(PAM+,with 8-10 million molecular weight)could remove 57.4%of COD.UV analysis showed that the flocculant had a strong ability to remove aromatic compounds containing benzene ring and substances containing multiple conjugated double bonds.Three-dimensional fluorescence analysis showed that PAM flocculants had a good removal effect on humic acid-like substances.FeCl_(3)+SMP could remove 52%of tryptophan-like substances,and FeCl_(3)could remove 60.2%of solution-like microbial metabolites.The flocculation treatment caused a blue shift of DOM fluorescence peak,that was,part of DOM was transformed into substances with low aromatic properties,which was beneficial to the operation of the subsequent sewage treatment process.
