摘 要:为了改善分子筛的表面性质,在中试过滤系统中,向进水中持续投加高锰酸钾、氯化锰等物质对分子筛进行改性,并探究其制备条件以及改性完成后的去除效果。结果表明:在进水中持续投加约1.5 mg/L的氯化锰和1.1~1.2 mg/L的高锰酸钾(理论值的70%~80%),在制备过程中分子筛表面会逐渐生成黑褐色的锰氧化物,待27 d后分子筛表面的锰氧化物完全覆盖,此时滤料制备完成,之后不再投加任何药剂。利用改性后的分子筛作为滤料,当进水中氨氮和锰的质量浓度为2 mg/L和1.5 mg/L时,去除率分别可达95.0%和93.3%。由扫描电子显微镜可知,改性后分子筛表面覆盖的锰氧化膜结构紧密、孔隙发达,比表面积明显增大;由能谱仪分析可知,改性后分子筛滤料的锰元素增加至4.16%,且氧元素的含量也由41.01%增加至46.15%,表明在分子筛表面已经成功负载锰氧化物。该锰氧化膜提高了分子筛表面的氧化性,可以对水中氨氮和锰等污染物起到催化氧化去除作用,从而将分子筛的反冲洗周期由原来的2 d提高至4 d。To improve the surface properties of the molecular sieve,potassium permanganate and manganese chloride were continuously added into the influent to modify the molecular sieve in a pilot-scale filtration system,and the preparation conditions and the removal effect after the modification were explored.The results showed that after the dosage of 1.5 mg/L of manganese chloride and 1.1~1.2 mg/L of potassium permanganate(70%~80%of the theoretical value)into the influent,the dark brown manganese oxide was formed gradually on the surface of molecular sieve during the preparation process.After 27 days,the manganese oxide on the surface of molecular sieve was covered completely.At this time,the filter material was prepared to use and no more chemicals would be added into the influent.Using the modified molecular sieve as the filter material,when the concentrations of ammonium nitrogen and manganese in the influent were 2 mg/L and 1.5 mg/L,the removal rates could be 95.0%and 93.3%,respectively.The structure of the manganese oxide film covered on the surface of modified molecular sieve was tight,with developed pores and significantly increasing specific surface area,characterizing by the scanning electron microscope.The analysis by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy showed that the manganese element of the modified molecular sieve filter was increased to 4.16%,and the content of oxygen was also increased from 41.01%to 46.15%,indicating that manganese oxide had been successfully loaded on the surface of the molecular sieve.The oxidation for the surface of molecular sieve was improved by the manganese oxide film,which could remove pollutants such as ammonium nitrogen and manganese through the catalytic oxidation process,thereby increasing the backwash interval of the molecular sieve from 2 d to 4 d.
