摘  要:华南地区某大型火力发电厂脱硫废水零排放处理系统废水处理量68 t/h,系统采用软化预处理→管式微滤(TMF)→管网式和碟管式两级反渗透浓缩(ST-DT),生成的浓水用于煤场灰渣场冲洗水,淡水回用至脱硫工艺用水,系统废水整体回用率100%。系统各工艺段性能优异,单位水处理成本34.5元/m^(3)。The zero-discharge treatment system of desulfurization wastewater was applied in a large thermal power plant in South China,with a treatment capacity of 68 t/h.The system consisted of softening pretreatment,TMF filtration and a two-stage reverse osmosis concentration of ST-DT.The concentrated water generated was utilized for flushing in the coalfield and slag field and the freshwater was reused for the desulfurization process.The recycle rate of wastewater in the system was 100%.The excellent performance was obtained in each process section of the system and the cost of water treatment per ton was 34.5 yuan.
