摘  要:江苏某钢铁企业废水深度处理设计进水规模为1.5×10^(4) m^(3)/d,采用“超滤+反渗透+钠床”组合工艺,反渗透浓水再经浓水反渗透后进一步回收产水。超滤设计膜通量为50 L/(m^(2)·h),回收率≥90%,反渗透设计通量19 L/(m^(2)·h),回收率≥75%,浓水反渗透设计通量16 L/(m^(2)·h),回收率≥75%。出水经多级回用分质供水,系统产水的浓盐水送至高炉冲渣,实现了全厂无废水外排。膜系统设备投资1600万元,成本为1.23元/m^(3)进水。The design influent scale is 15000 m^(3)/d in the advanced wastewater treatment of a steel enterprise in Jiangsu Province.The combined process of"ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis+sodium bed"was adopted and the concentrated water of reverse osmosis was recovered by the concentrated reverse osmosis.The UF permeate flux was 50 L/(m^(2)·h)and the recovery rate was≥90%.The RO permeate flux was 19 L/(m^(2)·h)and the recovery rate was≥75%.The concentrated RO permeate flux was 16 L/(m^(2)·h)and the recovery rate was≥75%.The effluent was supplied by multistage reuse and grading,and the concentrated brine produced by the system was sent to the blast furnace for slagging so that no wastewater was discharged from the plant.The investment in the membrane system equipment was 16 million RMB and the cost of water treatment was 1.23 RMB/m^(3) based on the influent.
