摘  要:在云南省大关县木杆镇选择4种筇竹林分类型:天然筇竹一阔叶树混交林、天然筇竹一山茶混交林、天然筇竹一人工黄皮树混交林、人工筇竹一黄皮树混交林等,研究不同筇竹林分类型、不同土层深度(0-20、20-40和40-60 cm)的土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶和脲酶活性。结果表明:1)天然筇竹一阔叶树混交林的土壤过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶和脲酶活性高于其他3种林分类型,人工筇竹一黄皮树混交林的土壤蔗糖酶活性高于其他3种林分类型,说明人工施肥处理对提高蔗糖酶活性有一定的作用;2)除天然筇竹一阔叶树混交林的蔗糖酶外,4种林分类型的土壤酶活性在土层0-20 cm达到最大值,并且随着土壤土层深度的增加而降低;3)除天然筇竹一人工黄皮树混交林的蔗糖酶和脲酶与过氧化氢酶、人工筇竹一黄皮树混交林和天然筇竹一山茶混交林的酸性磷酸酶与过氧化氢酶、天然筇竹一阔叶树混交林的酸性磷酸酶与蔗糖酶无显著相关外,其他酶活性之间均存在显著或极显著相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。研究表明林分类型和土层深度是影响土壤酶活性的重要因素。Four types of Qiongzhuea tumidinoda forest are selected in Mugan Town,Daguan County,Yunnan Province,including natural Q.tumidinoda-broadleaf tree mixed forest,natural Q.tumidinoda-Camellia reticulata mixed forest,natural Q.tumidinoda-artificial Phellodendri Chinensis mixed forest and artificial Q.tumidinoda-Ph.Chinensis mixed forest,to study the activities of soil catalase,invertase,acid phosphatase and urease in the different types of Q.tumidinoda forest and different soil depths(0-20,20-40 and 40-60 cm).The results show that:1)The activities of soil catalase,acid phosphatase and urease in the natural Q.tumidinoda-broadleaf tree mixed forest are higher than those of the other three forest types,and the soil sucrase activities of artificial Q.tumidinoda-Ph.chinensis mixed forest are higher than those of the other three forest types,indicating that the artificial fertilization treatment has a certain effect on increasing the activity of sugarcane enzyme;2)Except for the sucrase of natural Q.tumidinoda-broadleaf tree mixed forest,the soil enzyme activities of the four types of stands reach the maximum at 0-20 cm,and decrease with the increase of soil depth;3)Except that there is no significant correlation between sucrase&urease and catalase in natural Q.tumidinoda-artificial Ph.chinensis mixed forest,between acid phosphatase and catalase in artificial Q.tumidinoda-P.chinensis mixed forest and natural Q.tumidinoda-C.reticulata mixed forest,and between acid phosphatase and sucrase in natural Q.tumidinoda-broadleaf tree mixed forest,there are significant or extremely significant correlations between other enzyme activities(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The results indicate that stand type and soil depth are important factors to affecting soil enzyme activity.
