摘　　要：为探索高氏甜龙竹(商品名)扦插育苗的适宜条件,试验研究了环境条件、育苗时间、插条特性及生长调节剂对育苗效果的影响。结果表明,高氏甜龙竹扦插育苗适合在云南年均温适中、海拔较低、年降水量相对较少的地区,于3月份以腐殖土为扦插基质,选择1年生、长度为3节(35 cm)、直径3.0 cm的枝条,用质量分数为100 mg/L的竹类专用生长调节剂(DQ)处理,育苗成活率可达90%以上,育苗效果较好。In order to explore the suitable conditions for seedling raising with cuttings of Dendrocalamus brandisii cv.songmingensis,the effects of environmental conditions,time of seedling raising,cuttings'characteristics and growth regulators on seedling raising performance are studied.The results show that it is suitable to carry out the cutting seedling raising of D.brandisii cv.songmingensis in the areas with moderate annual temperature,low altitude and relatively low annual precipitation in Yunnan Province.In March,humus soil is used as the cutting substrate,1-year-old cuttings with length of 3 knots(about 35 cm)and diameter of 3.0 cm are selected,and special growth regulator(DQ)for bamboo with mass fraction of 100 mg/L is used to treat the cuttings.This will ensure the high seedling survival rate,which is more than 90%,and the seedling raising effect is good.
